Keith Davidson - Environmental, Health and Safety

Dual qualified in England/ Wales and N.Ireland, Keith has a Master's degree in Environmental Law from SOAS and has worked for Nabarros in London and Eversheds in Manchester. 

Keith is a recognised national expert on dealing with the negotiation and apportionment of environmental liabilities in complex brownfield projects and corporate transactions. He is a former Environment Commissioner for Greater Manchester and Council Member for the United Kingdom Environmental Law Association.

Keith is a regulator speaker on contaminated land issues and is on the Consulting Editorial Board for Lexis Environment PSL and the Technical Steering Group for the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management.

Craig Burman - Environmental, Health and Safety, Regulatory

Craig provides specialist regulatory support for ELM Law and heads the environment team at Schofield Sweeney.

He is a former lead prosecutor for the Environment Agency and provides regulatory defence and compliance advice to clients faced with EA and HSE investigations.

Craig has particular experience with environmental permitting, enforcement undertakings and compliance, pollution incidents, judicial reviews, appeals, public law complaints, civil and compensation claims, flood and coastal risk management schemes, civil sanctions and alternative dispute resolution.
